- - Olive Oil
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Til
- 50 g Honey
- 200 g Black Salt
- 500 g Brown Sugar
- 20 g Cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes while you prepare the ingredients.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, hing, honey, lemon juice, and black salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
- 3. Add the pineapple cubes to the marinade and toss gently to coat each piece evenly.
- 4. Transfer the marinated pineapple cubes into the air fryer basket in a single layer to ensure even cooking. Air fry at 180°C for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
