  • 800 g - 1000 g Pineapple
  • - Olive Oil
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Til
  • 50 g Honey
  • 200 g Black Salt
  • 500 g Brown Sugar
  • 20 g Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes while you prepare the ingredients.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, hing, honey, lemon juice, and black salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
  3. 3. Add the pineapple cubes to the marinade and toss gently to coat each piece evenly.
  4. 4. Transfer the marinated pineapple cubes into the air fryer basket in a single layer to ensure even cooking. Air fry at 180°C for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
