  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Besan
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Clean the button mushrooms thoroughly by wiping them with a damp cloth and remove the stems if needed.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, hing, and salt.
  3. 3. Add curd and lemon juice to the dry mixture and mix well to form a thick batter. If the batter is too thick, adjust consistency with a few drops of water.
  4. 4. Toss the mushrooms into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  5. 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, lightly brush the coated mushrooms with oil.
  6. 6. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap. Air fry at 180°C (356°F) for 12-15 minutes, turning them halfway through for even cooking.
  7. 7. Once the mushrooms are golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
  8. 8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves if desired and serve hot with your favorite chutney or dip.
