- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 1 pack Mushrooms Button
- 500g Swad Roasted Rice Powder 500g
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- - Besan
- 200 g Dahi
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
Instructions
- 1. Clean the button mushrooms thoroughly by wiping them with a damp cloth and remove the stems if needed.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, hing, and salt.
- 3. Add curd and lemon juice to the dry mixture and mix well to form a thick batter. If the batter is too thick, adjust consistency with a few drops of water.
- 4. Toss the mushrooms into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, lightly brush the coated mushrooms with oil.
- 6. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap. Air fry at 180°C (356°F) for 12-15 minutes, turning them halfway through for even cooking.
- 7. Once the mushrooms are golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
- 8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves if desired and serve hot with your favorite chutney or dip.
