  • 250 g French Beans
  • 500g Swad Roasted Rice Powder 500g
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Besan
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and trim the French beans, removing the ends, and pat them dry thoroughly using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, hing, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a dry spice blend.
  3. 3. Add lemon juice and vegetable oil to the spice blend, stirring to create a thick paste. Adjust consistency if needed by adding a few drops of lemon juice.
  4. 4. Toss the French beans into the paste until evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  5. 5. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for 3 minutes. Place the coated French beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding.
  6. 6. Air fry the beans at 180°C (356°F) for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Cook until the beans are crispy and golden brown.
  7. 7. Remove the French beans from the air fryer and garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves for added freshness.
  8. 8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy as is for a spicy, crunchy snack.
