Ingredients

  • 1 pc Broccoli
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Besan
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the broccoli florets thoroughly and pat them dry using a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, hing, salt, yogurt, lemon juice, and mustard oil to create a thick marinade.
  3. 3. Add the broccoli florets to the marinade and toss well, ensuring each floret is evenly coated. Let it rest for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. 4. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes. Arrange the marinated broccoli florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. 5. Air fry the broccoli at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.
  6. 6. Once golden and crispy, transfer the air-fried broccoli to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and serve warm.
