Ingredients
- 1 pc Broccoli
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Salt
- - Besan
- 200 g Dahi
- 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the broccoli florets thoroughly and pat them dry using a kitchen towel.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, hing, salt, yogurt, lemon juice, and mustard oil to create a thick marinade.
- 3. Add the broccoli florets to the marinade and toss well, ensuring each floret is evenly coated. Let it rest for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 4. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes. Arrange the marinated broccoli florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- 5. Air fry the broccoli at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.
- 6. Once golden and crispy, transfer the air-fried broccoli to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and serve warm.
