Ingredients

  • 1 pc Broccoli
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 100G Oleo
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • - Besan
  • - Rice Flour
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the broccoli florets thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Ensure there is no excess moisture.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, hing, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Add yogurt, lemon juice, and vegetable oil to the dry mixture. Stir to form a smooth paste. If it feels too thick, add a tiny splash of yogurt to adjust the consistency.
  4. 4. Add the broccoli florets to the bowl and toss them well to coat evenly with the spice mixture.
  5. 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for 3 minutes. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking.
  6. 6. Arrange the coated broccoli florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 180°C (356°F) for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  7. 7. Once the broccoli is crispy and golden brown, transfer it to a serving plate. Adjust seasoning if needed and garnish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
