Ingredients
- 1 pc Broccoli
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 100G Oleo
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Besan
- - Rice Flour
- 200 g Dahi
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash the broccoli florets thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Ensure there is no excess moisture.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, hing, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- 3. Add yogurt, lemon juice, and vegetable oil to the dry mixture. Stir to form a smooth paste. If it feels too thick, add a tiny splash of yogurt to adjust the consistency.
- 4. Add the broccoli florets to the bowl and toss them well to coat evenly with the spice mixture.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for 3 minutes. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking.
- 6. Arrange the coated broccoli florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 180°C (356°F) for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- 7. Once the broccoli is crispy and golden brown, transfer it to a serving plate. Adjust seasoning if needed and garnish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
