- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 1 bunch Bok Choy
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- - Rice Vinegar
- 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
- 50 g White Sesame Seeds
- 80 g Soya Sauce
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Clean the bok choy thoroughly under running water and pat it dry. Slice each bok choy head lengthwise into halves.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, red chili flakes, salt, black pepper, and hing to create a flavorful glaze.
- 3. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes. Brush the bok choy halves generously with the prepared glaze.
- 4. Arrange the bok choy halves in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
