  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 1 bunch Bok Choy
  • 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
  • 50 g White Sesame Seeds
  • 80 g Soya Sauce
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Clean the bok choy thoroughly under running water and pat it dry. Slice each bok choy head lengthwise into halves.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, red chili flakes, salt, black pepper, and hing to create a flavorful glaze.
  3. 3. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes. Brush the bok choy halves generously with the prepared glaze.
