Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250 g Spinach
- - Green Peas
- - Besan
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 Kg Potato (1 Kg)
- 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- Pcs Everest Chaat Masala 12g
Instructions
- 1. Blanch spinach for 1 minute, transfer to cold water, squeeze out all water, and chop.
- 2. In a bowl, combine mashed potato, mashed peas, chopped spinach, coriander, green chilli, ginger and all spices. Mix well.
- 3. Add roasted besan till the mixture becomes firm and non-sticky.Grease palms lightly.
- 4. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for 5 minutes. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking.
- 5. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F) for 3 minutes. Brush/spray both sides of kebabs with a little oil.
- 6. Air fry at 180°C for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- 7. For extra crispiness, cook 2–3 minutes more at 200°C
