- 200 g Paneer
- - Green Chutney
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100g Garam Masala
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 10G Salt
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- - Onion
- 250g Coriander
- 100 ml Olive Oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Make the marinade by mixing hung curd, lime juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Step 2: Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and mix gently to coat. Allow it to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Step 3: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F). Arrange the marinated paneer cubes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Step 4: Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté bell peppers and onions until slightly softened but still crunchy.
- Step 5: Mix the mint leaves and coriander leaves into the green chutney to make a flavorful spread.
- Step 6: Warm the whole wheat wraps on a skillet for 1-2 minutes.
- Step 7: Assemble the wraps by spreading the mint-green chutney mixture, adding the sautéed veggies, and topping with air-fried paneer tikka. Roll tightly and serve warm.
