- 25 g Kasuri Methi

- 200 g Dahi
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- - Mint Leaf
- - Chilli Green 100 G
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Rice Flour
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 50 g Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)

Instructions
- 1. Wash the cauliflower florets thoroughly and pat dry. Set aside.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, asafoetida, dried fenugreek leaves, amchur powder, cumin seeds, yogurt, and salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth, thick batter.
- 3. Heat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease the basket with cooking oil.
- 4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is evenly coated, and place it into the air fryer basket.
- 5. Air fry the cauliflower for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The florets should turn golden and crispy.
