In a clean bowl mix in the mayonnaise & chipotle adobo sauce & 1tsp water Take a bowl filled with water and ice, place the lettuce leaf one by one & with the help of peeler peel the carrot and place those carrot ribbons in the same bowl & refrigerator it.

Heat 1tsp oil add in the sliced onion cook on a medium flame. Once the onion is caramelized slightly season it with salt & pepper then remove it on a plate & rest aside. Heat 1tsp oil Add the yellow squash & sauté for 5 to 8 minutes on a medium flame. Once the squash is softened, season it with salt & pepper then remove it on a plate & rest aside. In the same pan sauté capsicum on a medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes and season it with salt & pepper then remove it on a plate & rest aside.

In the same sear the wrap for 2 – 3 minutes both the side and remove it on a plate

Place the wrap on a board spread the mayonnaise chipotle adobo sauce. Place the lettuce in middle, & then place all the veggies 2 tbsp onion, 2tbsp yellow squash, 2tbsp of capsicum, 4 tomato slices, 3to 4 carrot ribbons. Spread 1to2tbsp cream cheese on top of these veggies, Place 2to3 avocado slices on top & fold the wrap as tightly as possible (without squishing the insides out).
