Take a bowl and add 1 cup of all purpose flour in the bowl after seiving it. Gradually add a pinch of salt in it and mix it nicely so that it is even in every part.

Take another bowl and add 2 eggs in it and whisk it very nicely and quickly and after that add 1 ½ cup of milk in the bowl and whisk the mixture again for some time so that it has nice texture.

Now slowly start adding the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients in intervals and keep whisking the batter so that there is no lumps in it and keep it aside for some time to rest.

Take 1 bowl of butter and heat it in the microwave so that the butter is nicely melted and then gradually add the melted butter in the batter and whisk it again very nicely.

Cover the bowl and keep it aside for some time to rest the batter and when once done on the other side, heat a pan and brush it with butter all over.

Put the ¼ cup of crepe batter on the pan with help of measuring cup and evenly spread it all over the pan and let it cook for 30 second on medium flame and then flip it on other side so that both the sides are perfectly cooked.
