Take a cup and add whipped cream and add 1 egg in it and mix it well very quickly and in another big bowl add 120 gms of all purpose flour and add ¼ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon sugar in it and mix it very nicely.

Take ice cold butter from the refrigerator and add some finely chopped slices of it in the flour in the bowl and mix it properly using the hands so that it can all be mixed everywhere like done in pie dough.

Add the mixture of whipped cream and egg in the dough and mix it with fork while adding the mixture and after that knead it in proper dough and when done refrigerate it for some time by covering it around parchment paper.

After some time when it is cooled down then take the dough and roll it all over to make it as the size of tart tin and after that roll the dough inside the tart tin and gently push the dough around the tart tin from all sides so that it gets covered and has proper support.

Remove the remaining part of the dough out of the tart tin and keep it in refrigerator for ½ hours and when once done dock it with the help of fork everywhere.

Bake it in the oven for 375 degrees for 20 minutes till it becomes golden brown.

On the other side for preparing the lemon curd take a bowl and add 4 eggs and two egg yolk(without egg white) and mix it very quickly and then take a pan and add some butter in it and add 1 cup of sugar in it and add zest of 2 lemons and mix it well very nicely.

Add ½ cup of lemon juice in the pan and then place it on the stove and heat it at medium flame and stir it continuously slowly.

Add ½ cup of egg white in the egg bowl and whisk it continuously while adding it and then gradually add the lemon juice mixture and continue whisking very quickly to make it very smooth and velvety texture.

Transfer again the mixture to the pan and heat it again at low heat and continue cooking it till it have the perfect consistency of thickness and when once done turn off the flame and strain out the mixer in a bowl.

Pour out all the prepared silky lemon tart to the baked dough and bake it in the oven at 350 degrees temperature for 8-10 minutes and when once done shake it a little bit and remove it from the tart tin and refrigerate it for 2 hours for it to set.
